Piolo Pagana

Piolo Pagana is a GoHighLevel and AI automation specialist from the Philippines who helps businesses fix their GHL setups, speed up lead follow-up, and book more clients. He audits existing builds, repairs broken workflows, and connects tools with Zapier, n8n, Make, and AI chatbots.

Active in the E2 Discord community

Piolo has worked on real estate, physical therapy, event, and digital marketing agency projects, from no-show recovery and patient booking flows to registration webhooks, AI chatbots, and A2P approval for SMS. He also trains teams so they can run their own systems. A big motivation behind his work is giving business owners their time back, so they can focus on the work they love instead of chasing leads.

Outside work, Piolo enjoys running, playing guitar, and doing gigs, the same way music and running give him room to recharge.
