AI Pro
How this works
AI Pro is two things at once: a living community of people who build with AI, and a simple, honest way for companies to hire them. This page explains the whole model, for the pros and for the companies who need them.
Meet the pros Visit the Discord pageThe short version
Three steps. No mystery.
We audit the pro
Every profile is checked by a human before it exists: a real photo, a working portfolio, live proof of the work, and an honest rate. Inflated claims get fixed or cut before anyone is listed.
The community sharpens them
Inside the Discord, pros share work daily, review each other's portfolios, and take on build challenges together. Nobody here is coasting on a resume from 2022.
You hire by the hour
Companies start with a small paid trial through The Studio. No agency markup games, no long contracts. If the work is great, you simply keep going.
The community
An amazing community, on purpose.
AI Pro began as a simple observation: the people getting really good with AI were not learning alone. They were learning from each other, in public, every day, showing their work and borrowing each other's best ideas. So we built them a home and gave it a standard.
That home is a Discord community, E2 & AiPro & Starvard, with 80 AI pros and counting. Most are builders in the Philippines: agent developers, automation engineers, web developers, AI video creators. Around them are the Starvard students, learning the same craft for free in the same rooms. The mix matters. The pros stay sharp because beginners ask real questions, and the students level up fast because they can watch working pros ship, every single day.
The culture is the strategy. Kindness is the house rule, because this whole network grows out of E2, our project for a kinder internet. People answer each other's questions, share the prompts and workflows that worked, and give honest feedback on portfolios. There is competition, but it is the good kind: the standard is visible to everyone, so everyone rises to it.
Inside the Discord
One room, always awake.
The Discord is where the community actually lives. It is organized around doing the work, not talking about the work:
This part is literal: the community is live right now. The pill below reads the Discord in real time, so the faces you see are the people in the room at this moment.
Pros join free, forever: run the Auditor on your site, send us your details, and come say hello. Companies can watch too: viewing access lets you see the pros build, post, and ship in real time before you hire anyone. Ask us and we will set it up.
For pros
How a pro gets on the wall.
Getting listed is free, and the bar is the point. Four steps:
Run the Auditor. Our free tool at thestudio.io/auditor grades your portfolio site from 1 to 100: mobile, words, spelling, and the trust signals a client looks for. A score of 80 or more is the fast track.
Send the basics. A real photo, your portfolio, your best live work, and your honest hourly rate. If a client cannot see it and try it, it does not count.
Pass the Career Audit. A human checks seven things: photo, headline, portfolio, proof links, rate, claims, and responsiveness. Inflated claims get fixed or cut, kindly and in the open.
Go live. Your profile launches with your real work embedded on the page. The wall is stack ranked by agent craft: the Muse builders lead, then the agent builders and daily AI tool workers, with the audit breaking the ties.
And then the community keeps working for you: portfolio reviews, build challenges, honest feedback, and a room full of peers who will notice when your work gets better. Most pros tell us the Discord alone was worth joining for.
There is also a front door: introduce yourself in the Discord and you get a starter profile in the More section of the wall right away, then climb toward the audited tier from there.
For companies
Great companies need this help. Here is the handoff.
Almost every company now has a list of AI work it needs done: an agent that answers customers, automations that remove busywork, a dashboard the team actually opens, a content system that keeps up. And almost every company has discovered the hiring market for that work is a mess. Inflated titles, copied portfolios, agencies that add a markup and disappear.
AI Pro exists to fix that handoff. The pros are real, their work is live, and a human has checked every claim on every profile. Hiring one works like this:
Tell us what you are building. One email, in plain words. No job spec theater, no recruiter calls.
We match you. A human picks the right pro from the wall based on proof of similar work, not keyword matching.
Start with a small paid trial. Real work, real hours, low risk. You judge the actual output before committing to anything bigger.
Keep going by the hour. Work continues through The Studio in Denver. Scale up, pause, or stop anytime. No long contracts.
The promise behind every profile
Every claim on every AI Pro profile was checked by a human before the profile existed. If they built it, you can touch it on the page: the apps are embedded live, the portfolios are real, and the rates are honest.
And if you want to be sure before you hire anyone, watch the community work. Viewing access to the Discord shows you the pros building, posting, and shipping in real time. It is the closest thing to a working interview ever invented, and it runs all day.
Why a community
Why not just a job board?
Because AI skills compound in public and decay in private. A freelancer alone with a resume is frozen at the level of their last job. A pro inside this community is learning this month's tools from eighty peers, getting their portfolio torn down and rebuilt by people who care, and rising to a standard everyone can see.
Companies get the benefit twice: pros who are current, and proof that stays current, because the wall is re-audited and the work is live. Pros get peers, feedback, and first shots at real gigs. The Studio, in Denver, runs the introductions and the trials, and keeps the standard where it belongs.
Questions
Asked often.
Does it cost a pro anything to be listed?
No. AI Pro is free for pros, forever. The community is the heart of the thing, and pros never pay to be part of it.
What does a company pay?
The pro's hourly rate for the hours worked, starting with a small paid trial, coordinated by The Studio. No agency markup games and no long contracts.
How fast can a pro start?
Usually within days of the first email: a human match, a quick introduction, and the trial begins.
Where are the pros?
Most are in the Philippines, with members joining from other countries too. Every profile shows the pro's city, and the community works across time zones every day.
Can I watch the Discord before hiring?
Yes. Companies can get viewing access to watch the pros build, post, and ship in real time. Ask us and we will set it up.
I am a pro and my site scored under 80. Now what?
Run the Auditor anyway, fix what it flags, and apply. The human Career Audit looks at your whole body of work, and the community will happily help you raise the bar.
Come see it working.
The wall is live, the room is awake, and the next great hire is probably shipping something in the Discord right now.
