Agent Builder
Kim Julongbayan
Full-stack developer who builds with AI agents every day, and ships real products with them.
Available now
Kim has spent five years building web, mobile, and AI-integrated systems. For the past year his daily workflow has been directing AI coding agents: he gives them the task, automated tests check the work, a second agent reviews it, and he approves what ships.
He built Cockpit, a workspace where his agents build, test, and review in a loop. He shipped WordWarz, a multiplayer word game, to the web, the App Store, and Google Play. And as the sole developer for a US healthcare company, he built the internal system its nursing team runs payroll and billing on every workday.

WordWarz
A real-time multiplayer word game Kim designed and built end to end. Its AI opponents run on a Shannon entropy engine that picks the guess with the most information gain, with five-tier ELO matchmaking and 60+ avatars generated by his own automated image pipeline.

AI agent system
Cockpit
Kim’s answer to a real problem: one person can only review so much agent work. Cockpit puts his coding agents in one workspace with a strict loop, so quality is enforced by the system, not by hope.

Jobsift
A workflow that has run continuously on Kim’s server since it shipped. It collects job listings from board APIs, his inbox, and the web, has an LLM extract and score each one against his resume, applies hard filters first so weak matches never cost a call, then archives results to Google Sheets and pings him on Telegram when a strong one lands.
