Jennifer Montesclaros

Jennifer works from a background in IT, website support and technical troubleshooting, and is excited to build AI agents for workflow automation, particularly agents that can help with website support, customer inquiries and task automation. The first workflow she would love to build is an AI agent that can handle common website support inquiries, answer frequently asked questions and help troubleshoot basic website issues, categorizing requests and escalating more complex problems to a human when needed, while she learns more about AI agents, APIs and workflow automation.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys learning new technologies, exploring AI tools and working on her technical skills. She is especially interested in how AI can solve real-world problems and make everyday tasks easier.
