Barry is a backend developer focused on civic tech, based in the Philippines. He is currently deepening his skills in system design and architecture through online certifications, and exploring cybersecurity along the way. Most of his work so far is private or locally deployed.

His most recent public project is StudyHub, a full-stack platform for study groups with real-time chat, video calling, session scheduling, and resource sharing, built with Django and React/TypeScript. The initial UI was inspired by a design generated with Lovable, which he then built out and customized himself.
