Ayessa Guballa

Her favorite part about working at Starbucks was connecting with customers from different backgrounds and making sure they had a positive experience. Working in a fast-paced environment taught her how to communicate effectively, stay calm under pressure, and handle different situations with patience and professionalism. It also helped her become more confident when interacting with people, which she believes will be valuable in the Phone Caller role.

Outside of work, Ayessa enjoys playing badminton and pickleball, but her absolute favorite hobby is watching Korean dramas and shows, her go-to way to relax and unwind after a long day. Her first K-drama recommendation is Resident Playbook, for how it balances the challenges of being a doctor with friendship, personal growth, and little moments of humor.
